Biography
Dr. Oluwashola Enoch Ganiyu is the Managing Partner of KJB Professional Services, the fast-growing, 100 percent indigenously owned tax consulting and audit firm he leads from Lagos and Abuja. External statutory audit engagements are executed under the firm’s sister practice, Shola Ganiyu & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). His practice spans corporate and individual taxation, audit and assurance, accounting, and advisory work for corporate clients in the private and public sectors.
In 2025 he was named among the Top 50 Nigeria Best Performing CEOs at the Business Times Annual CEO Forum Awards, and won Africa’s Tax Consulting, Audit and Accounting Services Brand CEO of the Year at the Africa Brands CEOs Awards. Under his leadership, KJB was named West Africa’s Most Innovative Professional Services Firm of the Year 2025.
Dr. Ganiyu is an active voice in the profession. He has served the CITN Lagos District Society as Treasurer for the 2024 – 2026 chairmanship year and as Chairman of its Annual Tax Week Committee, and is a regular resource person, facilitator and guest speaker for ICAN district societies, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and universities across South-West Nigeria.
